We, Spenser Maxx, want you completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your order, no problem!  However, due to COVID-19, stricter guidelines are in place to exchange an item. Return the item 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange.  The item may be exchanged only if it is received no later than 14 days from the delivery date. All tags must be attached. Clothing must be in original condition and unworn.  If you are unable to find something else, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Store credits are valid for 60 days after issue date. We (Spenser Maxx) reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
