Spenser Maxx Return Policy

We, Spenser Maxx, want you completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your order, no problem!  However, due to COVID-19, stricter guidelines are in place to exchange an item. Return the item 7 days from the delivery date for an exchange.  The item may be exchanged only if it is received no later than 7 days from the delivery date. All tags must be attached. Clothing must be in original condition and unworn.  If you are unable to find something else, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Store credits are valid for 60 days after issue date. We (Spenser Maxx) reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise is not in its original condition.


Please note: Only regularly priced clothing may be exchanged no later than 7 days from delivery.  All cosmetics, jewelry, purses, sale and clearance items are final sale.
