Am I able to return merchandise?  

Spenser Maxx wants you completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your order, no problem! However, due to COVID-19, stricter guidelines are in place to exchange an item.  The item may be exchanged 5 days from the delivery date only if it is received no later than 5 days from delivery date, all tags must be attached, clothing must be in original condition and unworn. If you are unable to find something else, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned merchandise.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Store credits are valid for 60 days after issue date. We (Spenser Maxx) reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise is not in its original condition.

All cosmetic, jewelry, sale and clearance items are final sale items.

What are you doing differently due to COVID-19?  

Due to COVID-19, we are taking additional steps for your safety.  Merchandise is sanitized and/or quarantined prior to shipping and frequently touched surfaces in the store are cleaned often.

To adhere to mandated social distancing requirements, appointments are now available to shop virtually or in-person. 

Customers are required to wear masks at all times while shopping in the store.

Curbside pick-up is now available! Order online and schedule an appointment to pick up your order!

Will I be refunded for the returned merchandise? 

There is no cash refund. A store credit will be issued in the amount of the returned merchandise, which will not include shipping costs.  Store credits expire 60 days after issue date.

Are shipping costs refunded?

No. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

Am I able to return my cosmetic order?

No. All cosmetic orders are final sale items.

How long will it take for my product(s) to ship?

Orders usually ship within 2 business days.

When can I expect to receive my order?  

Spenser Maxx uses the USPS, First-Class Mail, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days for Domestic Shipping and 6 to 10 business days for International Shipping.  Please allow 1 to 2 additional days during holidays. There may be additional delays due to COVID-19 down times with the USPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All domestic and international orders $75 or more ship free.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Orders may be tracked through www.usps.com. 

Am I able to exchange or return clearance and sale items?

What is QuadPay and how does it work?
