Shipping Policy

Spenser Maxx uses the USPS, Priority Mail, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days for Domestic Shipping and 6 to 10 business days for International Shipping.  Please allow 1 to 2 additional days during holidays. There may be additional delays due to COVID-19 down times.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All domestic orders $150 or more ship free.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Orders may be tracked through www.usps.com. 

Delivery

Spenser Maxx offers delivery! Delivery will show in your shopping cart as an option if you are in an area where delivery is available with the applicable delivery fee.

Personal delivery is available Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM  and Saturday 12:00PM to 6:00 PM. Someone must be available to receive the package. Packages will not be left outside. Contact us to schedule the delivery.
